Hi, I’m Kendall.

I’m a therapist who’s been on both sides of the couch.

As someone who is sober and has spent plenty of time in therapy, my lived experience has shaped how I think about change, discomfort, and what it means to come home to yourself. I know therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’re used to figuring things out on your own. My job isn’t to fix you. It’s to walk alongside you with care, curiosity, and a deep belief that you deserve support.

I work with young adults who are navigating their relationship with substance use, disordered eating, and anxiety. I help clients feel more in control of their lives by addressing the shame and patterns that keep them stuck. As someone who’s been through it myself, I offer real, compassionate therapy grounded in authenticity and recovery—because healing starts when shame ends.

My approach to therapy…

My approach is grounded in authenticity. I don’t pretend to have all the answers, and I don’t expect you to show up perfectly. What I do offer is a space where you can bring the parts of yourself that feel too heavy, too messy, or too much, and know they’ll be met with curiosity, not judgment.

I draw from evidence-based tools like DBT, CBT, relational, and psychodynamic therapy. But the heart of my work is about helping you feel more in control of your life. Whether you’re navigating sobriety, food struggles, anxiety, or all of the above, we’ll move at your pace and focus on what actually helps you feel grounded and empowered.

This is a space where shame doesn’t get the final word and where recovery can start to feel like yours.
